Sample readings. These aren’t yours — they show what the log looks like once it fills up. Saving your first reading clears them.

Bands follow the 2017 ACC/AHA categories, which are written for office readings. Home readings usually run a little lower, so home monitoring is commonly judged against an average under 135/85 — that’s the dashed line on the chart.
The clinical 7-day home average is measured over a dedicated week with the first day discarded. The figure here is a simple rolling average of everything logged in the last 7 days, so it will differ.
This is general reference information, not medical advice, and nothing here is a diagnosis. Take your log to your clinician and let them interpret it. A reading over 180/120 with chest pain, breathlessness, weakness or vision changes is an emergency — seek care immediately.
Your readings live in this browser's storage on this device, and never leave it — there is no account and no server copy. That also means a browser data wipe, or uninstalling the app, takes them with it. Use “Back up” every so often and keep the JSON file somewhere you trust; “Restore” merges it back.
